WiFi
If you need help, send a /tell to Lucifer or Kohna preferably, but any of our staff will be happy to help.
Due to safety concerns for everyone involved, do not ask about WiFi in public chats (/say, /yell, /shout, /em).
Doing so will result in a warning, & persisting may lead to being barred from the estate/banned from the venue.Thank you for your understanding & cooperation.

WiFi is subject to change without warning, & potentially more than once, due to the current state of WiFi providers.
Changes could include new providers, new passwords, new WiFi lines, &/or [temporary] WiFi outages.
We cannot control this, but we will do our best to keep everything up to date until things are fully stable once again.As a reminder; we are an 18+ club, meaning most of our staff is NSFW, & are scantily clad, with the possibility of being fully naked during our "degen hour".
They also participate in both suggestive & NSFW acts, such as dances, & strip shots/gamba.
We also encourage our patrons to take part in the NSFW side of things.
While we do not allow NSFW acts going as far as things like sex to be done in public display, we do not control the outfits, titles, emotes, etc. that patrons may use.

Dancer Position
Working as a dancer at Akasen is a casual & fun way to be a part of the venue roleplaying experience.
We have both SFW & NSFW dancers at our venues, with the NSFW dancers offering erotic roleplaying services such as private dances.
You're not required to provide NSFW services, but if you would like to, all dancers must go through an 18+ consent process with the purchasing patron.
Overall, dancers mostly interact with and chat up customers, flirt, joke, tease, and be eye-candy on the stage when you need to step away.
Some dancers are able to build a fan following & become a big fixture for players visiting the venue.Please note; we do allow Lalafell in the club, however we do not encourage providing them with any NSFW services or activites.
Responsibilities
Showcase your dance skills on stage and throughout the venue, actively interacting with guests whenever possible.
Wear provocative gear/items as deemed suitable and comfortable.
Advertise VIP and what perks come with it.
Be friendly and inviting.
Interact with people off on their own and or not interacting with anyone.
Bartender Position
Bartending can be the lamest, slowest role, or the most engaging and interactive--it's all up to you! While you won't have the option to cold approach people on the dance floor, Bartenders excel when they are focused on striking up a good conversation with a visitor, really more so than any finesse you could spend time on with macros and creative writing.
While we don't care for heavy roleplay in our venue, finding unique ways to mix emotes and interactions into the conversation you're having really will make the difference both for you & the customers at your bar.
Responsibilities
Attend to bar patrons and ensure the collection and tracking of all purchased Drinks and tips
During operating hours, the inside bar can accommodate a maximum of two working bartenders
Feel free to engage and participate in roleplay with guests based on your comfort level.
Provide guests with the bar menu
Direct all bar buyout requests to the Lead Bartender.
If the chat is excessively fast-paced, utilize /t for your emotes and conversation. While most of the time, it is acceptable to use say for emotes and conversation, exercise discretion accordingly
Gamba Position
Working gamba can be the busiest depending on the night & who decides to show up! You could get a lot of people wanting to play, or you could end up with none one; it really depends on how the night goes. You will need to be able to multitask & track information, while also being fun & entertaining, maybe a little cocky, & play along to see if they cant win some of their Gil back.
Responsibilities
Provide guests with engaging gambling games & entertainment options, thereby generating income for the venue
Maintain accurate Gil tracking by entering the data into the designated spreadsheet
Ensure that the sheet is utilized throughout the entire shift while engaging in gambling activities
Utilize the provided house game rules & adhere to the house guidelines associated with it
Greeter Position
The greeter is the first thing someone sees as they come inside the venue! It's your job to make visitors feel acknowledged & welcome, as well as ensuring they have all the information they need to enjoy their stay with us!
Being a greeter is starter position for people that may not be comfortable starting conversations & diving into RP with visitors right away, & it's especially great for people who are new to the venue scene!
Responsibilities
Welcome guests entering the venue & directing them on where to go to experience the venue.
Provide them with updates about the night's events & services, as well as providing them with the links to our carrd, Discord server, & our DJs Twitch channels.
Use emotes & respond to questions guests may ask.
Runners Position
Runners are the most active of the venue roles, & probably one of, if not the most important role!
You are responsible for travelling through every world on each of the NA datacenters, & sending out shouts to spread the word about our venue in order bring in all kinds of guests & clientele!
Responsibilities
Travelling to each of the NA data centers & visiting every world on said data centers.
Teleporting to all of the major cities & heavily populated areas.
Using shout chat to clearly state our hours, exact location, & the offerings, events, & DJs for the night, both before & during operational hours.
Security Position
Security makes sure everyone keeps in line at the venue, but we don't need you to bully anyone for simple things, unless its interfering with our ability to operate, or a staff members ability to do their job. Unless someone is particularly unagreeable, there isn't a need to intimidate anyone; a non-confrontational warning will work in most cases.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with club policies & safeguard the positive atmosphere within the venue
Guest Relations: Remain courteous & professional, regardless of the guests' reactions. Seek assistance from fellow security staff members when necessary.
Restricted Areas: VIP is the only designated restricted area.
Weapon/Minion/Summons: Kindly inform patrons with weapons, minions, or summons out to turn them off. If they ask why, politely inform them that the policy is in place to preserve the ambiance we are trying to create. They’ll also look better if the photographer catches them in a candid photo. This standard may be waived on appropriate theme nights.
Positive & Fun Environment: If guests cause drama in public channels, make an effort to calmly & respectfully diffuse the situation. If someone is trolling, engage with them to divert their attention away from disturbing other guests. In case of escalating issues, use your discretion & rely on your fellow security staff members. If necessary, respectfully request the involved parties to settle their differences outside the venue.
CWLS & Comms: Effective communication is crucial for security personnel. Always inform staff when monitoring or handling a situation. Staff may seek security's assistance if they encounter trouble with a guest.
Blacklist: Guests who are blacklisted will be listed &pinned in the Blacklist channel.
Photography & GPose Position
Photographers are responsible for taking pictures around the venue of the venue itself, guests, & staff. You can find examples in the #Venue-Photos tab in the Discord.
GPosers are responsible for making custom poses of staff & guests. GPosers get their own dedicated channel in the Discord.
We encourage both photographers & GPosers to sell your services at the venue, we just ask that we get 10% of work done at the venue.
Responsibilities
Takes pictures of guests & staff within open hours & post them in the correct channels.
Tag selected persons in the image taken, if they are in the Discord, or just use their IGN if they are not.
Use the appropriate temple for adding out outline to any image.
GPosers: Offer private poses per request.
Court Position
Courtesans are the dirty dancers & ERPers of the venue scene. You are responsible for doing what most would find uncomfortable or degenerate.
As a court, you are required to stay inside the venue acting similarly to our dancers. If a guest buys you for the night/a certain period of time, then we have private rooms for you to preform your services. Any room is available, so pick a room you think you and your partner would find most comfortable. Once a room is chosen, please let management know which room you are taking.
Responsibilities
Wear provocative gear/items as deemed suitable & comfortable.
Advertise VIP & what perks come with it.
Be friendly and inviting by interacting with guests & making them feel welcome, & special. Especially interacting with people off on their own &/or not interacting with anyone.
Offer your ERP or NSFW services.
Keep patrons entertained throughout the night by flirting, emoting, sending tells, etc.
When not bought: Showcase your dance skills on stage & throughout the venue, actively interacting with guests whenever possible.
